the good news is i had a clear protective cover that kept it all together.
so i bought this slide-on case to keep the clear cover from peeling up now.
the other good news is, it still works.
kicking myself for not getting the extra best buy warranty that covers things like this.
at&t won't give me a new one, obviously.
so, for now, i am ghetto fab w/ a broken iphone.

Oh that sucks, so sorry. Every time I drop my phone I am terrified that when I flip it over that's what it's going to look like. Glad it still works.
oh dang! Mine phone doesnt have a back because it fell in the tub one too many times and will only work without the back so the battery is always falling out, I have decided cell phones and moms with toddlers just dont mix.
Oh man! I ruined my Blackberry by dropping it on the ice after mutual one night. Broke the little navigation ball right off so it was completely useless!

That sucks!! My husband is on his 4th. He dropped one and broke it like that and the other 2 he got in a swimming pool! I told him he is on his last one. :)
