yesterday was quincy's first birthday. ONE WHOLE YEAR OLD! there are so many things to love about quincy already! she has the sweetest personality. she is such a girlie girl. she is careful with everything. she can say all of these words:
mom, momma
dad, dada
"mo" (more)
ball!! (always with an exclamation point behind it)
"na, na, na" (no, no, no) a pointer finger shake comes with this sometimes.
yeah (yes)
"peedee" (pretty)
hi
shhh (she hears this a lot. the girl is SO loud avery said to her yesterday, "inside voice, quincy!" of course, avery yelled it. :) )
quincy loves to wave hi and bye. she loves to dance and "sing" and clap. she needs her binky and cloth diaper/burp cloth to sleep. she loves to brush her own hair, wear necklaces, take her bows out, look in the mirror. her favorite things lately are to look out the window at kids playing outside, open and close drawers and cupboards (yes, i need to baby proof still), or to take everything off mom's nightstand and throw it on the floor. her favorite show is still yo gabba gabba. quincy loves giving hugs and "pat pats". especially to her dad.
we are so blessed to have quincy in our family. she is so much fun and the sweetest little girl. WE LOVE YOU QUINCY BABE!
what a big girl she is. she woke up on her bithday morning in the best mood ever and was so happy all day, like she knew it was her big day! she danced and clapped and smiled and squealed all morning and afternoon. she is a happy girl. we had a little party for her at 4 in the afternoon. just cupcakes, cake, and ice cream. mostly family, and a couple friends. quincy loved playing with all of her cousins and friends that came to her party! and today she is loving all of her new fun toys and gifts that they gave her. thank you to everyone!
