our poor little q got her first set of immunizations today. don't worry, we did our research, linda! none of them were manufactured in china. :) i called a week or so before to ask the names of them and the company that makes them. they acted like it was strange that i was asking for so many details. overbearing and paranoid? i don't think so. geez, between the toxic bottles and recalled immunizations, i am a nervous wreck! :) anyway, we took quinc to the dr. this morning for her shots. i was so nervous that my poor little baby would be in pain. she did great! the nurse was really good and very quick, but gentle with her. she cried and let out one little shriek, but once it was done, she was over it. she took long naps today and has only been a little fussy this evening. i can tell she doesn't feel good though. she just kind of lays there in a daze and isn't kicking her legs, which she is always kicking. poor thing. i am hoping she will sleep well tonight, we'll see. my friend told me that her kids had bad nights after their shots. it's so sad, but i am proud of her. she is such a good little baby. and lucky her, purple band-aids! her signature color.
she weighs 9.95 lbs (15.47 %tile) and is 23" long (69.78 %tile)
