For the Grandmas

Quincy is hilarious. i mean it. she is a tease and loves to tickle people and sings all day and pretends so well.  she's a girly girl and a true sweetheart.  she loves to perform. she is dramatic. she makes the funniest faces. she wants to do everything i do.

 

quincy  is learning to count to 10, skipping 4, 5, 6, and 9 most of the time though. :) her ABCs are coming along great and each time the song is a little different. she always adds an emphasis on a random letter or adds a high note in there wherever she feels necessary. she sings "do-re-me" which she learned in miss debbie's music class that she LOVES going to once a week.




earlier tonight she was coloring with a pen on some paper. i had drawn a happy face on the paper for her earlier. i was folding clothes but watching her closely, since she had a pen. i noticed that she was really careful about the lines she was making next the the happy face. when she was done i said, "quincy, what is that? what did you draw?" she said,  "i draw ears!" i was SO proud! she is creative and smart.

quincy will be 20 months old this saturday....what a big girl.
