"THHHNNNA!"

well, it's finally august and we are counting down the weeks until we are home, sweet home in UT again. it has been a fun summer, but it will be nice to be back in our own home and with our friends and family close by. yesterday we were in baltimore at the orioles-red sox game. you know we love a good baseball game. it was HOT, HUMID, and rained a little. but we had a great time. quincy has so many new things she says and does, i really need to try to get some good video of her. she is so funny right now! she is obsessed with her arms. she wants lotion on her arms, sunscreen on her arms, soap bubbles in the bath on her arms. if she bumps her arm or even just brushes up against something with her arm, she touches it and says, "arm." LOVES the tub. she takes a shower in the morning and a bath at night. still dances every time she hears ANY sort of rhythm or beat. folds her arms the entire prayer and says, "amen.". i say "one" she says "two" and then sometimes says "three!" if she sees anything in a pair, "TWO!". has to have a kiss from both of us if sean and i kiss. can say "i did it", "i fell", "thank you mama (and dada)", "it's fun!" (not all perfectly of course, but she is putting words together really well.) knocks on every door and says "knock, knock!" she can open our apartment door. we keep it dead bolted. she begs me for a snack all day long. but snack is a word she can't say very well. it is so funny to me every time. she has such a lisp when she says it so it sounds like "THHHNNNA!"
