oh great.

quincy has been teething the last month or so. first the top molars poked through and now i can see both eye teeth and a bottom molar coming in too. i have blamed her recent moodiness and little fits on teething. but i'm not sure that is it anymore... i am afraid to say that i think we are in a "NO!" phase. it started shortly after we got to utah. yes, we have been going non-stop and she gets overly tired. this, along with the teeth, are probably contributors to the less then desirable outbursts. but i think we are just entering a new phase of quincy. she is a good girl. a REAL sweetheart. but just like that, she will turn a little nasty. yelling at me in jibberish and saying "no!". it's weird for me to see her acting like this! sometimes funny, sometimes embarrassing, mostly sad for me. at her 15 month dr.'s appointment her dr. asked me if she had slapped me or thrown herself on the ground in a fit...no. but i am watching her closely and feel like it will happen any minute now... her dad hasn't seen her for 2 weeks. he will be surprised. and will probably think it's funny. here's a little example of the mood swings we are experiencing. (let me know if you can't see this video, it's being a little weird...) click here to watch video if you can't see it on your screen. i am making her out to be a little monster (we've had a long day.). quince is still SO good. i have been spoiled by her baby sweetness for too long! welcome to toddlerhood!!

Oh she is so cute! I remember 15 months was right when Ryder started throwing big fits! Dr Cornish warned us too. I was so afraid that the terrible two's would just be horrendous since he seemed to get started early but he actually seemed to get most of it out of his system before he turned 2. Maybe that is what Q will do too! She is so sweet and I think everything she does is adorable! :) Miss you guys!
Sorry bout the novel I just wrote. :)

um what would the dr have said if you answered yes to the question, does she slap you or throw herself down in a fit? im dying to know because i would have had to say yes for boston! just wait! i hope it doesn't come to that for you, but boss gets violent and it's NOT fun. talk about embarrassing. we take him out of sacrament and he is slapping your face all the way out the door. lovely.

Jill: If that is all she does you are lucky!! She is so adorable. I cannot believe how big she is getting! You probably never acted like that but all my children did! Oh, maybe not Reece, he was so mild tempered. She has you as a mother so she will get over it.

I love it! She is so cute! I swear though, they shouldn't call it the terrible 2's, they should call it the terrible 18 months and up. Cash would throw the biggest fits, I really thought there was something wrong with him! But, good news, he grew out of it. Good luck!
