anyone else feel like the summer in moving in fast forward? i can't believe it's july 21st!! and i can't believe my baby is almost 4 months old! i am so sad. i went through her all of her clothes and stored a bunch of things that don't fit anymore. she has grown so much and is on to her 3-6 month clothes! mostly because of her length and head. :) i also am putting away her bassinet today. i don't know why, but it has been hard for me to but it back in the box. quincy has been sleeping in her crib for almost 2 months!
here it is, all sad and empty. no baby. no bedding. i love this bassinet and will keep it forever!

on saturday, despite the fact that i had a flu, a messy house, and a lesson to plan- we went out on the lake with mark and torrey. sheri and grady were out with their boat too. their little girl lily is 2 weeks younger then q, so it was fun to compare babies. :) we had a good time! i was so worried about quincy being too hot, so finally i just took her swim suit off and laid her on a wet towel. (while we were stopped, of course.) she did really good out there!
here she is in the boat, getting a tan. ;) i kept her face shaded so she could see. i forgot to bring her sunglasses and she hates her cute yellow sun hat, mom! she kept trying to pull it off. oh, and people keep asking if she can get darker/sunburned. YES she can! i loaded her with sunscreen. this lady i know has a 16 month old daughter that is black (quite a bit darker then quincy) and she has tan lines from her swim suit.
saturday was a fun day, thanks t and m! sorry we bailed for dinner. i slept for 3 hours when we got home! it was nice of sean not to wake me though. i think i really needed it.
i need some help. i have been trying to load videos. i have always used google video, and for some reason it won't load the video i take from my camera now. so i tried youtube. won't load them either. know why it might not be working for me? it takes forever and then just says it couldn't upload it. or do you know any other places i could upload to email and blog video clips?
quinc just woke up, gotta go.
