it is beautiful weather outside today. quincy and i took advantage and played in our yard. and in the gutter, by the mailbox, in the field, in the neighbor's yards....this little girl was literally running everywhere. she is old enough to run around and play, but not quite old enough to realize what happens if she walks right off the curb without stepping down, or that it isn't okay to eat dirt and rocks out of the gutter, or dried up leaves. i am a "hoverer", so she was safe. i just got screamed at a few times for helping her out. :) she was loving her life outside! and it was fun to watch her play and giggle and chase her ball.

i am not sure if you can tell but on each side of her front teeth she has a new one that is just poking through. her front teeth and these other teeth are coming in SO slow. when her bottom teeth came in they popped right up!
and p.s. because she was still so little last spring and summer, we didn't "play" outside much. we "sat" outside. i learned today that she needs outside clothes. she had on some of my favorite leggings and newer shoes. needles to say, they are in the washer right now. she was FILTHY. she got stripped down and given a sink bath as soon as we came in.
today is a better day then yesterday.
